"I can't spend all of my time with my birth certificate plastered on my forehead." That's what Barack Hussein Obama, tongue firmly planted in his cheek, told NBC's Brian Williams.

Maybe he SHOULD plaster it to his forehead... at least it would help his good friend, Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie.

As an informed American, you already know that Abercrombie announced to the world, with bombast and pomp, that he was going to get to the bottom of the controversy surrounding Barack Hussein Obama's actual long-form birth certificate.

And Abercrombie looked into it... and then HE WENT SILENT. When pushed by the Honolulu Star Advertiser recently, all Abercrombie could say was that an unspecified listing or notation of Obama's birth might be in the Hawaii State Archives. To put it in Abercrombie's own words: "It was actually written I am told, this is what our investigation is showing, it actually exists in the archives, written down."

"It was actually written I am told..."? The controversy continues...

And the one pivotal and enduring question that those who attempt to dismiss the controversy cannot answer is still: If Barack Hussein Obama has nothing to hide, what’s the problem? The more he resists, the more you have to wonder.

We, as Americans, won't let it go away ... we're going to keep pressing the issue... we want him to continue to resist and we want more and more people to wonder. No Conspiracy Theories... Just The Facts...

Here are some of the disturbing facts surrounding Barack Hussein Obama’s ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE – not rumors, not wild theories – just the FACTS.

FACT #1: Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States, SPECIFICALLY states, "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..." It's NOT a technicality, or lunacy on the part of our Founding Fathers. It is a specific statement within a document that forms the basis for ALL of our laws and not open to interpretation.

FACT #2: In order to be a "natural born citizen," you must be born in the United States or, if you are born abroad, you CAN (if specific circumstances are met) inherit natural born status from your parents. If he was born abroad, then that's a problem for Barack Hussein Obama because his father was NOT a citizen of the United States and his mother had not lived in the United States the required amount of time after attaining the age of majority when Obama was born - meaning SHE COULD NOT pass her citizenship on to Obama.

FACT #3: If Barack Hussein Obama WAS NOT born in the United States, he IS NOT a "natural born citizen" and if that is the case, Obama is guilty of perpetuating the most massive fraud in the history of the United States.

FACT #4: Barack Hussein Obama has ACTIVELY REFUSED to show his ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE to the people who elected him. This document could remove all doubt of Obama's status because it would name the hospital and the attending physician at Obama's birth. Under Hawaiian law, only Obama can legally release the document but HE JUST WON'T DO IT. Why not?

FACT #5: Obama has multiple teams of lawyers and has spent an unspecified amount of money (possibly in excess of 2 million dollars) to help him shield the document from the prying eyes of the American people. Why?

FACT #6: Instead of producing an ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE, Team Obama produced another document – a “Certification of Live Birth” – and said, in effect, “Here’s his Birth Certificate. Now shut up.”

So what's the big deal? We'd love an answer to that question but the plain and simple truth is that Barack Hussein Obama has actively FOUGHT every effort to compel him to release his ACTUAL LONG-FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE. He's dug in his heels... spent millions... he arrogantly refuses to prove to the American people that he is not a FRAUD or a USURPER, while his underlings look down their noses at the American people and call these legitimate requests for him to produce an actual birth certificate... “garbage.”

We're not going to let Barack Hussein Obama or the Lame-Stream Media get away with keeping the truth from the American people but we need your help to keep up the fight and force Barack Hussein Obama to give the American people the one thing he refuses to give the American people... accountability.

Transparency Indeed...

Again, Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States, states in part, "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President...."

That means neither Arnold Schwarzenegger nor George Soros can be President of the United States. Not EVER. It also means, as previously stated, that IF Barack Obama was born outside the United States, he is not eligible to be President of the United States, because his parents could not pass that status onto him.

Obama’s paternal grandmother said, she was present at Obama’s birth, which took place in Mombasa in what is now Kenya. So where was Obama born?

Only an ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE can answer that question (not the unreliable Certification of Live Birth that Obama produced) – but Obama has multiple teams of lawyers dedicated to the proposition that nobody – but NOBODY – gets to see the one document that can clear up this controversy. That’s INSANE.

It’s OUTRAGEOUS that Obama continues to cover up the truth. IT’S IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO CONCLUDE THAT HE’S HIDING SOMETHING.

In his grandiose MEMORANDUM FOR THE HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES, issued after he took office, Obama proclaimed: "SUBJECT: Transparency and Open Government: My Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government. We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration. Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government."

Just pretty words. They mean absolutely nothing to Barack Obama, but those words mean something to us. We'll keep the promise that Barack Hussein Obama made to the American people, but we need your help to keep up the fight and force Barack Hussein Obama to give the American people the one thing he refuses to give the American people... accountability.

Is This Whole Controversy Such A Big Deal Or Much Ado About Nothing?

IT WAS for John McCain.

You may still remember that the liberal media made a HUGE DEAL out of the fact that McCain was born in the Canal Zone, while his father, a Naval officer, was stationed there. The liberal media RELENTLESSLY questioned whether or not McCain met the constitutional test?

But John McCain - unlike Obama - released all relevant records.

While the Canal Zone was not American soil, McCain’s parents were both natural-born American citizens who had resided in the United States for the required number of years after having reached the age of majority. McCain was good to go.

Can we say the same for Obama? We don't know. And the liberal media isn't asking that question?

Strangely, it may have been the liberal media's willingness to savage McCain over the issue that eventually brought this whole controversy to light.

When Obama's grandmother claimed Obama was born in what is now Kenya, the McCain controversy was still fresh in the minds of people who wondered - and are still wondering - why the same standard was NOT being applied to Obama.

But, as the American people are coming to know, you are simply not allowed to criticize or scrutinize "the messiah" or hold "the chosen one" up to any standard.

Now, just raising what was a legitimate question in regards to John McCain makes you a conspiracy theorist or nut when it comes to Obama.

Please understand, no one is saying that Obama is NOT a "natural born citizen." What we're saying is we just don’t KNOW, BECAUSE BARACK “ MR. TRANSPARENCY” OBAMA WILL NOT RELEASE HIS ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE. That's a problem... a problem we intend to rectify and with your help we can keep up the fight and force Barack Hussein Obama to give the American people the one thing he refuses to give the American people... accountability.

More Questions....

Not to confound or confuse the issue but here’s a complicating twist: the State of Hawaii permitted parents to obtain a “Certification of Live Birth” (the unreliable document that Obama produced and is falsely claiming is his birth certificate) EVEN IF THE CHILD WAS NOT BORN IN HAWAII.

Below is the relevant statute: "[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child."

When queried, Dr Chiyome Fukino, with Hawaii's Department of Health, stated: "Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."

Okay, if an ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE exists... why can't the American people see it since it will clearly indicate the specific place of birth?

As for Obama’s inner circle, they offer a quick, arrogant reply to anyone who asks about the rumors surrounding Obama’s birth certificate (and this is a direct quote): “All I can tell you is that it is just pure garbage.”

Janet Porter, writing for WorldNetDaily.com, raises additional issues. This may be convoluted, but it is well-worth examining, if only to see the tangled web Obama has woven for himself and the American people.

"'There's the matter that Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan, Southern India and Kenya in 1981. He said he went to Indonesia to see his mother. This seemed plausible, except for the fact that his mother returned to Hawaii in August of 1980 to file for a divorce from her second husband, Lolo Soetoro. Unless she went back to pal around with the man she divorced, she wasn't there at the time of Obama's visit."

"'There's another problem. No record of Obama holding an American passport prior to the one he received once becoming a U.S. senator has been found. If he traveled to Pakistan with an American passport, he wouldn't have been allowed in – since Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and under martial law. It was also on the State Department's travel ban list for U.S. citizens... . If he couldn't get into Pakistan with a U.S. passport, perhaps he went there with an Indonesian passport. But the only way you can get one of those is if you are an Indonesian citizen.'"

What does all that mean? Simply put, if Obama was an American citizen, how did he travel to Pakistan?

But here's the bottom line. If Obama is not, in fact, eligible to hold the office of President of the United States, the information may save the United States from bankruptcy and stop this arrogant young man – obsessed with 19th century Marxism – from wrecking the United States of America.

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is facing possible imprisonment, and it has been reported that Army officials have gone so far as to "suggest" that he submit to a "mental evaluation" ... all because he has the audacity to ask Barack Hussein Obama to supply a copy of his actual birth certificate.

During his 18-year career as a flight-surgeon in the United States Army, Lakin has put his life on the line in defense of the United States Constitution. And he's more than willing to do so again.

But before Lakin places himself, yet again, in harm's way, he's asking Barack Hussein Obama to do the very same thing that he, and countless others who honorably serve our country are, in so many cases, REQUIRED to do... namely, supply a copy of an actual birth certificate; and thereby prove that the orders he gives as "Commander-in-Chief" are, indeed, LAWFUL.

Why go to all the trouble? Lakin answers the question best himself: "I feel I have no choice but the distasteful one of inviting my own court martial. The Constitution matters. The truth matters."

And so, a brave soldier, who has placed himself in harm's way, and is willing to do so again, is being harassed and faces possible imprisonment because Barack Hussein Obama... REFUSES to honor the Constitution... REFUSES to prove that he is not a FRAUD and a USURPER... REFUSES to prove that the orders he is giving our brave men and women in uniform are lawful... and REFUSES to release his actual birth certificate.

Of course you won't hear about Lt Col. Lakin's plight on the nightly news or the front page of the New York Times. In fact, there are only a handful of credible news organizations and blogs calling attention to Lakin's plight.


Of course, if you have been paying attention you already know much of what the Mainstream Media is not reporting.

You already know that Barack Hussein Obama has outright REFUSED to release his actual birth certificate and that hundreds-of-thousands of dollars have been spent to OBSTRUCT requests that he supply his actual birth certificate.

You already know that the document that Barack Hussein Obama claims is his "birth certificate" is NOT a valid long form birth certificate and that, until recently, the state of Hawaii did not even accept that very same document as proof that an individual is a Hawaiian citizen because that document can be issued to individuals not actually born in Hawaii.

And you also know that when Lakin (an officer with 18 years of service in the Army) stated his intention to refuse deployment orders until his presumed "Commander-in-Chief" proves that he is eligible to hold the post, he was "counseled," threatened with jail time and encouraged to undergo psychiatric evaluation.

Specifically, , Lakin received a reprimand which stated, in part:

"On 30 March 2010, this command became aware of your intentions to refuse to follow deployment orders. Your stated reason for refusal was your belief that the election of the President of the United States is invalid.... Failure to follow your reassignment and/or deployment orders may result in adverse action including court-martial... If found guilty … you could be sentenced to dismissal from the service... forefeiture (sic) of all pay and allowances; and confinement for a period of months or years in a military prison."

But here's something else the pro-Obama Mainstream Media will NOT report.

If the Army follows through on its threat to court martial Lakin, he would have the right of discovery... meaning that his defense team could compel Barack Hussein Obama to produce the document that he has REFUSED to produce... his actual birth certificate.

That's why Barack Hussein Obama's allies in the media are NOT covering this story. They don't want to the American people to know what is going on... they don't want the American people to start asking pesky questions.

In short, they don't want the American people to know the truth.

'Birther' Lt. Col. Terry Lakin to be court-martialed

An Army doc who refuses to go to Afghanistan until President Obama produces a birth certificate will face court-martial. Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, a decorated military man who has become a part of the fringe "birther" movement - which believes President Obama was not born in the United States - could face a dishonorable discharge for failing to obey orders, MSNBC reported on Tuesday.

The 18-year veteran came out in support of the largely discredited conspiracy theorists at the end of March, proclaiming he would "disobey" his "illegal" orders to deploy. "I believe all servicemen and women, and the American people, deserve the truth about President Obama's constitutional eligibility to the office of the presidency and the commander in chief," he said in a video statement posted on YouTube on March 30.

The Bronze Star Medal recipient refuses to go to Afghanistan for a second tour until Obama releases his birth certificate showing he was, in fact, born in the U.S. "Seeking out public office, especially the highest in our land, means you must uphold the Constitution, Mr. President, and confirm your eligibility," Lakin said in the video.

BOMBSHELL: Supreme Court now has Obama Citizenship

AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group Americans for Freedom of Information has Released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school.

The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking.

Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as president. When reached for comment in London, where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.

Britain 's Daily Mail also carried the story in a front-page article titled, Obama Eligibility Questioned leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K.

In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey.

This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending.

This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

In an interview on the Rusty Humphries Show this past week, Sarah Palin responded to questions this way:

Would you make the birth certificate an issue if you ran?

"I think the public, rightfully, is still making it an issue. I don't have a problem with that. I don't know if I would have to bother to make it an issue 'cause I think there are enough members of the electorate who still want answers."

Do you think it's a fair question to be looking at?

"I think it's a fair question, just like I think past associations and past voting record -- all of that is fair game. You know, I've got to tell you, too: I think our campaign, the McCain/Palin campaign didn't do a good enough job in that area. We didn't call out Obama and some of his associates on their records and what their beliefs were and perhaps what their future plans were. And I don't think that that was fair to voters to not have done our jobs as candidates and as a campaign to bring to light a lot of the things that now we're seeing made manifest in the administration."

I mean, truly, if your past is fair game and your kids are fair game, certainly Obama's past should be. I mean, we want to treat men and women equally, right?

"Hey, you know, that's a great point, in that weird conspiracy-theory freaky thing that people talk about that Trig isn't my real son. And a lot of people say, "Well you need to produce his birth certificate! You need to prove that he's your kid!" Which we have done. But yeah, so maybe we could reverse that and use the same type thinking on them."

That's EXACTLY what we're doing -- we're in court working to FORCE Barack Hussein Obama to produce his actual birth certificate!

The U.S. Constitution states, in Article II, Section 1: "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

That's pretty plain language. In order to qualify to be President of the United States, a person MUST be a natural-born citizen!

Seems simple enough. If someone is running for President, and there's any question about whether he or she is qualified under Article II, Section 1, it would be easy enough to prove:

Just show your birth certificate.

You know: that simple document that lists your birth date, the hospital where you were born, the doctor that delivered you, your parents' names... your birth certificate.

Everyone who's ever had to get a driver's license, or travel outside of the U.S., or gain entrance to a school -- we all understand the simple rules: if you don't produce your birth certificate, you don't get in.

The same rules should apply to "getting in" to the White House, as the Commander-In-Chief, shouldn't they? If you're questioned about your qualifications, just show your birth certificate.

But that's EXACTLY what Barack Obama WILL NOT DO! We cannot let him get away with this -- but we need YOUR help to stop him!

How are we having an effect?

We're having an effect in the COURTS OF JUSTICE. As you can see from some of our latest filings, we are appealing the outrageous ruling of a California court, basically stating that anyone can run for president on the California ballot, whether or not they are eligible under the Constitution of the United States. In that ruling, Superior Court Judge Michael P. Kenny wrote, "Secretary of State Debra Bowen contends that there is no basis for mandamus relief because the Secretary of State has no 'ministerial duty' to demand detailed proof of citizenship from presidential candidates... The court finds this argument persuasive."

Do YOU find that argument -- that the government official charged with the responsibility of qualifying candidates to be on the ballot, doesn't have to actually demand proof of those qualifications -- "persuasive"? Neither do we, especially since previous California Secretaries of State have exercised their election authority and have removed from the ballot Presidential candidates who did not qualify -- so we're taking it to the next level on appeal!

We're having an effect in the COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION. A recent scientific public opinion survey of a cross-section of Americans, conducted by WorldNet Daily and Wenzel Strategies, shows that the public is not only aware of questions about Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility for office; almost HALF are either "troubled" by the questions or believe he should release all relevant documents including his long-form birth certificate

Asked if they are aware of the questions raised about Obama's constitutional eligibility for office, 51.3 percent answered affirmatively, while only 18.7 percent said no! That means our efforts at alerting Americans to the FACTS about Obama's lack of proof of citizenship are paying off, with half of Americans saying they've heard about it, and over two-fifths of Americans saying Obama should release his birth certificate!

And now... even Sarah Palin is saying, "I think the public, rightfully, is still making it an issue... I think there are enough members of the electorate who still want answers."

We're having an effect on White House spokesmen themselves. Once again, the question was asked at a recent White House press briefing, "Why can't the President respond... by releasing a certified copy of his long-form birth certificate?"

How did Press Secretary Robert Gibbs respond? By laughing... and lying. Select here to see for yourself -- Gibbs chuckles at the question, and then responds by saying that "the President's birth certificate... is on the Internet."

IT'S NOT. All they've put online is a "certification of live birth" (COLB), which the State of Hawaii doesn't even accept as valid proof of actual birth in Hawaii! In fact, several experts have declared the posted document, which doesn't even list the hospital of birth OR the attending physician, to be a fake!

Barack Obama's very own Press Secretary has to avoid answering the direct question about this issue by laughing and lying, because he knows that they can't produce that birth certificate!

A number of apologists for Barack Obama have gone to great lengths to belittle USJF and our allies in the fight to preserve our Constitution. However, the questions that they cannot answer are:

If Barack Hussein Obama has nothing to hide, WHY doesn't he just make his real birth certificate public? WHY has he spent a reported $1.7 million in attorney fees to fight efforts to obtain his ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE? The more that he fights these efforts to see it, the more that you have to wonder, WHY?

The Obama supporters want everyone to believe that only "fringies," the people that they now call "birthers," in other words, only people that they claim are outside of the main stream of thinking, question whether Mr. Obama is eligible to serve as President. But the truth of the matter is that more and more people, including many federal, state, and local elected officials, many in the military, and, now, Sarah Palin are questioning whether Barack Hussein Obama is a "natural born citizen," a requirement for him to serve as President of the United States.

The citizens of the United States have the right to know if Barack Obama is eligible to serve as President! And we here at the United States Justice Foundation are going to take our lawsuit all the way up to the United States Supreme Court, if that is what is necessary, to find out the answer to this critical question.

This fight to discover the truth will be neither easy nor inexpensive, but isn't protecting the Constitution worth it? And that is exactly what this legal battle is all about: PROTECTING THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION!

Barack Obama wants you to ignore what he is doing, he wants you to ignore the U.S. Constitution, he wants you to think that the parts of the Constitution that he does not agree with (like the requirements to serve as President) are unimportant.

In effect, he wants to destroy the U. S. Constitution and reshape it into his own image of what he wants it to be.

We MUST learn the truth about whether Barack Obama is a "natural born citizen!

But to blunt our efforts to learn the truth, the California Trial Court also blocked our subpoena for the college records of Mr. Obama! These vital records could have proven whether Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to serve as President of the United States, or whether he is a USURPER -- a FRAUD -- sitting in the oval office without any legal authority to do so!

USJF had subpoenaed the records of Barack Hussein Obama from Occidental College in California, but, at the hearing on March 13, 2009, the Judge, in Sacramento County Superior Court in California, blocked USJF from obtaining those critical records.

What is in those records? We don't know. But the Obama legal team pulled out all of the stops to block the subpoena, so we believe that there is something in those records that bears on the critical issue of whether Barack Obama is eligible to serve as President of the United States.

JUST LIKE WE BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A REASON WHY THE OBAMA LEGAL TEAM, ACCORDING TO PUBLISHED REPORTS, HAS BEEN PAID $1.7 MILLION TO KEEP THE PUBLIC FROM SEEING HIS REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE -- NOT THE PHONY ONE THAT HE PUT UP ON HIS WEBSITE.

There is no doubt in my mind that this e-mail may be the one of the most important documents that you ever read!

What you do after reading this e-mail may well determine the fate of the United States of America!

Please know that we are not saying that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible to serve as President of the United States of America. The problem is -- we just don't know!

We DO know that Barack Obama's paternal step-grandmother has proclaimed that she was present at his birth in Mombasa, in what is now Kenya, in Africa!

We DO know that a fake birth certificate was put up on Obama's website!

Sarah Palin is RIGHT: "the public, rightfully, IS still making it an issue." The voters of the United States of America have the right to know whether Barack Obama is a "natural born citizen," as REQUIRED by the U. S. Constitution!

It's a question that MUST be answered!

Why? Because, if an unqualified person was elected to the Office of President of the United States, our entire form of government could be compromised!

Why?

Because, if Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible to serve as President of the United States, each and every act that he takes as President will be null and void! That's right: each bill that he signs into law, every Executive Order that he issues ****, and each and every one of his nominations to his Cabinet and to the federal courts will have no legal effect!

I don't make that statement lightly. It's not an exaggeration.

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 4 of the United States Constitution provides, in pertinent part, as follows: "No Person except a natural born Citizen... shall be eligible to the Office of President..."

That means that neither Osama Bin Laden, nor California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, nor Obama billionaire money man George Soros can serve as President of the United States. That also means that if Barack Obama was born outside of the United States, he is not eligible to serve as President of our great country!

So where was Mr. Obama born?

He claims to have a copy of his birth certificate. That means that either he knows where he was born, or he's lying about having that document.

And only Barack Hussein Obama's ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE -- not that useless and possibly-forged "certification of live birth" -- can answer that question of where he was born. But he has teams of attorneys, all across the country, spending, and doing, whatever it takes to make sure that no one, and I mean NO ONE, will be allowed to see the one document that can clear up this controversy

Mr. Obama has claimed that his Presidential administration will be the most transparent in history. Yet, he will not make public the one document that could end all of the questions about the legitimacy of his election as President.

Why?

Is it because this is some unimportant "technicality"? No, a requirement of the U. S. Constitution is not a mere "technicality"!

Is it because "President" Obama (if he IS the President of the United States) has more important issues to deal with, and can't spare the time to deal with such a trivial issue? No, what is more important than the integrity of the Office of the President?

Or, is there something more involved?

Another question that the Obamaphiles don't want to answer is why, in 2006, was a law firm with ties to Mr. Obama researching the question as to how to evade the requirements of Article II of the United States Constitution, regarding the requirements to serve as President.
2006? Two years before the Presidential campaign?

If that doesn't raise questions in your mind, then nothing will!

And then there's the statements made by representatives of the State of Hawaii!

According to Dr. Chiyome Fukino, of the State of Hawaii's Department of Health,
"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."

It is that very record that USJF financed lawsuits in Mississippi, in Ohio, and in Hawaii were seeking to force into the public arena! And, in addition to the two lawsuits that we are directly handling, we are also funding three lawsuits being handled on this issue by Pennsylvania attorney Phil Berg. But Barack Obama's attorneys, and his allies in state government, stopped those efforts cold!

So, the time of decision is now!

Do we give up?

Do we just ignore this threat to our Constitution? To our very form of government?

We here at USJF say NO!

Now is not the time to give up this fight!

Now is not the time to walk away from the most important Constitutional battle in our lifetime!

Now is the time to redouble our efforts to find out the truth!

Now is the time to tell Barack Hussein Obama that the United States Constitution is more important than his political ambition!

MSNBC's Chris Matthews got into a heated exchange with a congressman on his show Tuesday as he revisited the question of President Barack Obama's birth certificate — or lack of one.
Rep. John Campbell, R-Calif., is a co-sponsor of the so-called "birther bill," which would require future presidential candidates to provide a copy of their original birth certificates.

“Birthers” are those who believe Obama is not qualified to be president, based on a belief that he was not born in the United States.

Campbell is not a “birther” and never has claimed that Obama was born outside the United States or should be disqualified from being president.

On the show, Matthews seemingly undermined claims by some that Obama never has released his birth certificate, producing what Matthews said was a true copy of it.
